Shipping and Delivery


Most ZYZZLY products are handmade by our team of craftspeople in our Portland, Zyzzly workshops. Due to the nature of our work please allow up to 5–7 business days for production time prior to shipping your order, unless stated otherwise on the individual product page. If your order contains products with different lead times they will ship once all products ordered are available.

When will my order ship?

We work to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Orders will be fulfilled 8am-1pm Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will not be eligible for shipping until the following Monday. You can expect an automated email confirmation, including tracking information, once your order has shipped.

What do i do if i need to change my order or shipping information?

If you need to update your order or shipping information, please email us with your order number and requested updates. If your order has not shipped, we will do our very best to accommodate all order update requests.


Can we ship an item as a gift?

If you would like to send your purchase as a gift, please add this into the notes section with your message. We will include a card with your message and ship your order with a gift receipt.
